Acute hemorrhagic encephalitis in pediatric patient: a case report

چکیده
Acute hemorrhagic encephalomyelitis (AHEM) is considered a rare presentation of acute disseminated (ADEM) and challenging to manage. ADEM illness with an incidence 0.2–0.4 per 100,000 children annually. Here we discuss case report 3-year-old patient who presented the clinical features ADEM. On neuroimaging had form as encephalitis. AHEM very low in pediatric age group poor prognosis. With use immunosuppressants immunoglobulin, survival was possible.
